We know no two people are the same and we will always tailor our approach to focus on meeting and understanding individual needs.

We also know finding the right counsellor, psychologist, cognitive behaviour therapist or coach and approach can be confusing and stressful and we are happy to answer any queries you have, or indeed to set up an initial meeting to talk through what might be best for you.

We very much look forward to hearing from you and thanks again for your interest.

Warmest wishes
